The Challenge
A customer needed a protective, waterproof case to be designed for their new Class-A Medical Critical Controller. Patients cannot disconnect from the device while showering, so a solution was needed that aids with the transportation and protection of the device in moist environments.
The Solution
A relentless pursuit of the most ideal materials and processes lead to a shower bag constructed of Stamoid material and welded to create a water-proof barrier. The window allows patient interaction, and the lid ensures a secure seal. The design is unobstructive for the patient and every detail, down to the shoulder strap, is waterproof.
