Product Testing & Validation

for Manufaturing Confidence

Comprehensive Testing Capabilities

validated performance before products reach the field

Quality is fundamental to everything AGORA builds. Comprehensive testing ensures products meet mechanical, environmental, ergonomic, and regulatory requirements across the development lifecycle.

We conduct comprehensive testing to ensure products meet mechanical, environmental, ergonomic, and regulatory requirements. Testing is performed to customer-defined specifications as well as applicable industry and regulatory standards, supporting confident decision-making from prototype through production.

Our testing focus is centered on safety, reliability, and durability. With the capability to perform more than 35 different performance and validation tests, we help identify risks early, reduce failure modes, and ensure products perform as intended in real-world conditions.

In-house testing includes, but is not limited to:

Testing protocols are aligned to real-world performance expectations and regulatory requirements.

Why Product Testing Matters

Testing Aligned with DFM, Validation & Production Readiness

We integrate product testing throughout the design and manufacturing process to support Design for Manufacturability (DFM), validation, and production readiness. Testing is not treated as a final checkpoint. It is embedded early and revisited as designs mature.

During DFM & Early Development

Testing supports material selection, construction methods, and process decisions. Early-stage testing helps identify potential failure modes, tolerance sensitivities, and manufacturability risks before tooling or scale investments are made.

During Design Validation

Prototypes and pilot builds are tested against functional, environmental, and ergonomic requirements to confirm performance intent. Results are used to refine designs, optimize processes, and establish baseline performance expectations.

During Production Readiness & Scale-Up

Testing supports consistent execution as programs transition to production. First articles, pilot runs, and early production builds are evaluated to confirm repeatability, quality, and compliance, aligning with customer validation and approval workflows such as PPAP-style processes.
