The Challenge
We were approached by a customer to develop a comprehensive soft-goods solution for their premium fall-protection harness. The scope includes shoulder straps, a hip belt, and leg pads, along with
custom plastic components designed to integrate seamlessly into the overall solution.
The Solution
We developed a hybrid solution combining traditional cut-and-sew construction with thermoformed panels. The thermoformed exteriors
incorporated engineered flex points, recessed areas for branding, and integrated ventilation to enhance breathability and overall comfort.
