The Challenge

We were approached by a customer to develop a comprehensive soft-goods solution for their premium fall-protection harness. The scope includes shoulder straps, a hip belt, and leg pads, along with custom plastic components designed to integrate seamlessly into the overall solution.

The Solution

We developed a hybrid solution combining traditional cut-and-sew construction with thermoformed panels. The thermoformed exteriors
incorporated engineered flex points, recessed areas for branding, and integrated ventilation to enhance breathability and overall comfort.

multiple zippered compartments, both internally and externally.

We engineered the backpack with strategically placed darts and internal material breaks, allowing the carbon fiber-like material to flex at specific points while maintaining its overall structural integrity and intended form.

Pediatric Dosing System

The Challenge

A retired firefighter/paramedic came to us with a patent for pediatric dosing, needing a carrying solution to deploy the system. 

The solution would need to be quickly accessible and easily used in urgent situations where paramedics need to deliver the correct dosage to a patient.

The Solution

The Pedi-Sleeve is worn on the paramedic’s arm and is immediately available for use while not getting in the way and being hands-free. With the sleeve the dosages are already calculated in volume so errors are minimized. It allows the patient to be cared for more quickly in urgent situations. 

A Response Bag was also designed to carry multiple Pedi-Sleeves. 

Alternatively, a Roll Kit can be used. It quickly rolls out and is laid out beside the patient. The paramedic can easily see all the information needed without needing to flip through pages or carry it on his person.

The Challenge

A large logistics company needed a way to get a secure grip on their tablets. The issue was that they used many different styles and brands and needed a one-size-fits-all solution.

The Solution

The universal hand strap attaches to any 10″ tablet. The swivel allows the device to easily go from portrait to landscape mode. D-rings make it easy to attach a shoulder strap if needed. AGORA also extended the design and created straps to fit 7″ and 8″ models.

The Challenge

The customer needed a solution that would allow the user to use a MC40 scanning device without losing the ability to use both hands. They also needed the solution to allow them to quickly be able to use the device while holding it in their hands.

The Solution

We created a wrist mount for the MC40 using a breathable material in all places that came in contact with the users skin. This feature ensured the wrist mount would be keep the user cool and comfortable.

We used an injection molded holster to attach the device to the wrist mount. The MC40 will now easily snap into and be removed from the wrist mount. The final result is a comfortable solution that increases the efficiency of the user.

Chest Mount Laptop Harness

The Challenge

Working in the field usually means there are no great places to sit down and open up a notebook computer. A solution was needed that allowed the use of a laptop-style device while standing.

The Solution

Using a four-point harness system, we created a platform on which the notebook sits. Using the laptop’s own components, the device is secured in place with straps and loops. With this we created a rugged laptop chest mount harness.
